Bring properly smelted bars, sound leather straps, and the tailored components the design calls for, and we will make weapons, armor, and fittings worthy of use. The ogre at the furnace says the bars are fine—so at least one of you is learning.

Tool requirements vary by recipe: use a Smithing Hammer for plates, Smithing Pliers for chain links, and the appropriate cutting tools when turning equipment into scraps.
Bring the smelted bars, leather straps, tailored parts, molds, or other components named by the individual recipe.

Nein, the metal alone will not do. Some weapons now demand a mold, and that mold is spent in the making. These requirements arrived just before Early Access; we are still recording which grade, shape, and quantity each design needs. Read your scribed recipe before you buy.

The wiki identifies Blacksmith Musafar and Weaponsmith Fahkri in Night Market, Night Harbor. Crafting supply vendors can also be found in Evershade Weald, not only Night Harbor (player observation). Individual vendor names and their exact stock in Evershade Weald still need documenting. In Faelindral, Evershade Weald, Carpentry, Woodworking, and Tailoring are upstairs above Blacksmithing in the large Weapons/Armor building on Traders Terrace.
