Fletching

I once watched a young ranger carry one arrow into the wild because he was certain one would be enough. Years later, I make arrows, bows, and wooden shields from the work of woodworkers, smiths, tanners, and tailors—and I carry spares. Wisdom is simply experience that survived long enough to pack properly.

Getting started

Begin with the portable kit

  1. Visit a Fletching Supplies merchant and purchase a Fletching Kit.
  2. Place the kit in a main bag slot when crafting on the road.
  3. Put the required supplies inside and choose Combine.

Know when to find a proper table

  • Each major city has a stationary Fletching Table for bulk combines and recipes too complex for the portable kit.
  • Basic batches of 100 arrows and simple bows can be made in the Fletching Kit.
  • Batches of 500 arrows and larger weapons or shields require a Fletching Table.
