Collect femurs and the ring
Combine six Shattered Skeleton Femurs in the bag, and follow the documented lead for Noel Klares' Ring.
TRAVEL
Go out into the yard in front of the Concourse of Souls and hunt a rotting skeleton until you have 6 Shattered Skeleton Femur. Combine them inside the Black Leather Bag from Brazzic and receive a Bag of Femurs.

Locate Noel Klares in the Wayfarers Hospice in Night Harbor and give him the Sealed Scroll. (find guard tower, go up, back inside 2nd floor, find ramp, go up, he's on the roof). *** Warning. The guards will assist him if they are nearby. It is recommended to pull him to a safer area where guards will not patrol.
