Your faction standing with Seekers of the Lost Eye got better.
Leila Ghasem takes the note brusquely, glances over it with knitted brows, then smirks at you.
You have done well to bring this note to me. Have you always felt alone among the company of men, as if an outcast? It is because the feral heart of a beast beats within your chest. I welcome you to our order as an initiate.
Leila Ghasem briefly drops her feral demeanor and smiles warmly, her sharp fangs revealing her bestial nature.
Your first task is simple. You are to assemble your own necklace using teeth from the local beasts.
The battlefield is the ultimate way of knowing another being. The local rats, bats, and jackals should provide sufficient test for an initiate. Take two teeth from each and tie them to this string.

Ah, yes! This is a wonderful necklace. The spacing is good, and these teeth are fine examples. Did you learn more about the creatures you faced in battle? You ought to thank them for teaching you.
Leila Ghasem clasps the necklace in prayer before throwing her head back and letting out a hyena-like cackle.
Your necklace now bears the blessing of our order. Wear it proudly, for you are now and official beastmaster of the Seekers of the Lost Eye!
Leila Ghasem ponders for a moment.
Oh! Errol was fumbling around with this pouch and dropped it. I think it would be more useful to you than him, no?
Leila Ghasem grins broadly.
Be safe, <player>. Go train with other young adventurers and return to me when you are more seasoned.

Leila Ghasem takes the necklace from you, looks it over and gives it back to you.
You are now bonded to us as a kindred spirit.
Leila Ghasem frowns.
We are currently facing a small crisis and we need your help, <Player>, and it's not something you should take lightly.
One of our members has gone missing. His name is Elian, an initiate like yourself, barely old enough to be a man.
Leila Ghasem tents her fingers, letting out an exasperated sigh.
He went missing somewhere near Blackfeather Bazaar. If you could, I would like you to investigate. Ask the locals in the area about him, if you can, and bring back any information you can find.
Leila Ghasem quickly sketches something onto a piece of paper with a stub of charcoal, and hands it to you.
Oh, and, do be safe, <Player>. Whatever happened to Elian, I would hate to see it happen to you as well.
Leila Ghasem gives you a worried smile, bid you farewell.

If you give the Description of Elian to Kilia:
Hm? What's this?
Kilia looks over the paper, and an expression of worry crosses her face.
Oh, this is Elian alright... I haven't seen him in a few days, I've been getting worried... You all at the guild haven't seen him? This can't be good.
Kilia hands back the piece of paper.
I saw his rat scurrying around here the other night, it usually doesn't leave his side, but I haven't seen the little thing since. I don't know where it has gone, maybe the others at the guild can help? Please, let me know as soon as you find anything.
Kilia tears up slightly as she bids you farewell.

Oh, you've returned! Did you find out anything?
Leila Ghasem takes the evidence from you, looking it over.
Leila Ghasem sighs to herself
You say she saw his rat? What was his name again... Right, Blackwhiser!
Leila Ghasem nods.
Well, the next thing you might want to do is try to find Blackwhisker... Of course, most people in the city have no idea how to tell the rats apart in this place.
Leila Ghasem smirks at you.
But we're not most people. Allow me to cast a spell on you that will allow you to converse with beasts. One day, you might be able to learn this ability yourself.
Leila Ghasem waves her hands as she closes her eyes. Suddenly, you hear a rushing sound in your ears, as your throat constricts for a brief second. Then, you feel as if wax has been pulled from your ears, and the cacophony of beast sounds turns into the dull murmur of conversation.
Leila Ghasem smiles at you.
Now, go and find Blackwhisker... it will lead us to Elian.
That spell will allow you to converse with the many beasts here in the city, though I would concentrate your search in the Harbor district... I'm sure you'll find Blackwhisker among his fellow rats.
Oh, and if the enchantment fades before you can complete your mission, you can come back and ask for me to renew it. Just give me this evidence back, so I remember to cast the spell on you.
Leila Ghasem sighs, passing the sketch back to you.
Good luck!

Leila Ghasem takes the ponytail from you, sniffing it.
That's Elian's scent alright... The poor lad...
What did that man say to you before you killed him? Something about Skintakers?
Leila Ghasem clasps her hands together.
This isn't good. The Skintakers are a group of people who follow the teachings of the Spiral, or so it is said. They do not commune and live with beasts, as we do, but instead, they seek the fast path to power
Leila Ghasem takes a deep breath.
This is not the last we hear of them. However, you've done good work today, avenging Elian...
Here, take this as a token of our appreciation.
