Obtain evidence of an infiltrator

The source describes this after The Yowling. Mayana and Jumthem can drop evidence of their hidden identities.

Killing Mayana or Jumthem repeatedly can damage City of Night Harbor and Pyrmos Mercenaries faction. The source does not establish whether completing The Yowling is mechanically required.

COLLECT Obtain either Mayana's Head or Jumthem's Head; either starts the exchange. 1 × Jumthem's Head 1 × Mayana's Head · Night Harbor

Game
After completing The Yowling, it is discovered that certain residents of Night Harbor are more than what they appear. Slaying these residents in disguise will yield bloodied ashira heads that may be turned in to the Red Mantle Quartermaster for faction with the Red Mantles.
Game
This quest is repeatable, but caution is advised. Slaying Mayana and Jumthem too many times will cause significant faction loss with the City of Night Harbor and the Pyrmos Mercenaries.
Game
It is not known whether there are more disguised ashira NPCs within Night Harbor. More information is required...

Give the returned Hidden Ashira's Head back to the quartermaster.

The reward summary lists a Ba'Haara loss, but the dialogue log lists Seafarers Consortium instead. This discrepancy needs verification.
