Bestow your target a blessing of devotion, increasing their maximum Health by 100 for 35 minutes. Additionally, if your target falls to low Health while the blessing is active, they restore 263 Health and the blessing fades. This spell is limited to targets level 26 and above. This spell requires two Tokens of Devotion.
