Bestow your target a blessing of dedication, increasing their maximum Health by 150 for 35 minutes. Additionally, if your target falls to low Health while the blessing is active, they restore 375 Health and the blessing fades. This spell is limited to targets level 38 and above. This spell requires a Token of Deliverance.
