Damage per hit: 18 She casts Torture, Enfeeblement, Frost Bolt, Root, Exhaustion. At about 2/3 HP she will transform into a purple flower and a beguiled wolf (yellow con at 8) will appear and attack you. It double attacks for 27, but has low HP. Once you defeat it, continue to target/hit the flower form. She will transform back into her normal form until roughly 1/3 HP remains. Then she will go back into flower form and 2 a beguiled water elemental (red con at 8) will appear and attack you. They attack for 18 but have more HP. After they are dead, go back to attacking the flower/Delugia until she is down.

Locations
From the Kennel Lift, go down and then east past the ruins and across two bridges. Immediately turn left and go to the waterfall. Stand at the edge of the falls and right-click your Empowered Totem of Purging to summon her (she was stuck behind the wall/waterfall for me until I moved far enough to drag her out).
